Beale set for Wasps start

WALLABIES international Kurtley Beale joined his new club Wasps yesterday and said he was ready for a new challenge while struggling to shake off a lingering injury. The 27-year-old joined the English team after spending 10 years at Australian Super side Waratahs. “I’m very happy that I’m here, and ready to work hard and rip into my rehab to get back as fit as possible for the Wasps,” he said. Wasps start their domestic season against last year’s runner-up Exeter on September 4.
