REPLACEMENT Kyle Cooper scored a 75th-minute try to lift a Sharks team reduced to 14 men for 63 minutes and to 13 during the second half to a 30-25 win over the Crusaders in Super Rugby yesterday.
Cooper’s try clinched the table-topping Sharks’ ninth win in 12 matches and gave them their first-ever win over Canterbury in Christchurch. Elsewhere, the Melbourne Rebels edged the Queensland Reds 30-27 in an all-Australia clash in Brisbane.
