RONNIE O’Sullivan survived a first-round scare at the Masters as the defending champion rallied to defeat China’s Liang Wenbo 6-5 on Sunday. The Englishman was 4-5 down after world No. 11 Liang won three successive frames to overturn a 2-4 deficit at London’s Alexandra Palace. O’Sullivan, 41, a five-time world champion, is seeking a record seventh Masters title. He was on the verge of going out in the 10th frame, but Liang missed the final black that would’ve sealed it.
