Aldershot gets shot at United in last 16

ENGLISH Premier League leader Manchester United has been drawn to face fourth-tier side Aldershot away in the last 16 of the League Cup.

The match pits the four-time winner with the lowest-ranked team remaining in the competition, with Aldershot currently 11th in England's League Two. Arsenal hosts Bolton Wanderers, Chelsea visits Everton and Manchester City was visiting Wolverhampton Wanderers in three of five all-Premier League matches from yesterday's draw. The others see Liverpool visit Stoke City and Blackburn Rovers host Newcastle United. Elsewhere, Cardiff City hosts Burnley and Crystal Palace is at home to Southampton in matches involving second-tier League Championship clubs.
