Beckham fined

ENGLAND midfielder David Beckham has been fined US$1,000 by Major League Soccer after an incident with a fan in last Sunday's friendly between Los Angeles Galaxy and AC Milan. Beckham was booed by some of his own Galaxy fans and before halftime went over to confront them, with one supporter being ejected after jumping from the stands toward the player.
