Beckham's Spurs loan falls through
TOTTENHAM has confirmed that David Beckham will not join the club on loan from the Los Angeles Galaxy but will still train with the club for a month.
Tottenham said yesterday that Beckham will train with Spurs until February 10 before returning to Los Angeles for the start of the MLS season. Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp said a full loan deal was "too complicated" because of insurance issues. "David is welcome to come and train with us for a month, which I think he would like to do. But as for him playing - it's looking like a no-goer," Redknapp said.
