FIFA has charged Egypt's football federation after an attack by fans on the Algerian national team before a World Cup qualifying match in Cairo last week.
FIFA said its disciplinary committee will rule on a case brought against the Egyptian Football Association. The world governing body said it had reports of "incidents affecting the Algerian team" when it traveled from the airport to its hotel. Algeria players and officials said Egyptian fans hurled rocks at the team bus, shattering windows.
