Everton has described a double bid for Marouane Fellaini and Leighton Baines from Manchester United as “derisory and insulting.” According to media reports United, now managed by former Everton boss David Moyes, offered a total of 28 million pounds (US$43.72 million) for forward Fellaini and defender Baines.
