Ex-coaches at forum

THE 2015 China (Shanghai) Football Industry International Forum was held in Putuo District over the weekend. Initiated by the Shanghai Sports Bureau, the forum brought together a number of international and domestic coaches, retired players and experts for a discussion on the development of the sport in Shanghai and China. Among those present were Croatian manager Miroslav Blazevic, who has had coaching experience with the local Shanghai Shenhua club and the Chinese Olympic football team; Germany’s Klaus Schlappner, a former head coach of China’s national team; and local coaches Xu Genbao and Zhu Guanghu.
