Genesio is Lyon coach

Lyon has appointed Bruno Genesio as its new coach until the end of the season as a replacement for Hubert Fournier.
Genesio, a former Lyon player, was already deputy coach at the French Ligue 1 club.
Following a disappointing first half of the season, marred by a spate of injuries, Lyon sits ninth in the top tier, 25 points behind runaway leader Paris Saint-Germain.
The club finished runner-up behind PSG last season but failed to build on the momentum, exiting the Champions League in the group phase.
Genesio, 49, will supervise training from next week and be in the dugout on January 3 against Limoges in the French Cup. Fournier had been in charge since June 2014
