Heynckes hints at retirement

BAYERN Munich coach Jupp Heynckes has hinted this season may be his last.
The 67-year-old told the Sueddeutschen Zeitung newspaper that "a part of life comes to an end" when his two-year contract ends on June 30, 2013. Heynckes had until recently kept open the possibility of extending his contract with the Bavarian club. Heynckes says "the club said we would sit down (to talk) in December, in January, early in the year, but I'm no longer 37." Heynckes is in his third stint as Bayern coach. Last season Bayern finished runner-up in the German Bundesliga, German Cup and Champions League.
