THE South African Football Association said it has an agreement with Libya's football federation to host the 2013 African Cup of Nations in place of the troubled north African nation. SAFA said the signed agreement will see Libya stage the 2017 Cup of Nations, which was awarded to South Africa. SAFA said the deal to swap tournaments must still be confirmed by the continent's ruling body, the Confederation of African Football, at its next executive committee meeting on September. 28.
