Liverpool will face Chelsea in the Champions League for the fifth time in five years, while Barcelona will play Bayern Munich in another quarterfinal.
The draw for the quarterfinals and semifinals was made today by UEFA in Nyon.
Defending champion Manchester United faces FC Porto, which knocked United out in 2004. Arsenal plays Villarreal.
The first legs will be played April 7-8 and the second legs will be April 14-15.
In the semifinals, Man United or Porto will face Villarreal or Arsenal, and Barcelona or Bayern Munich will meet Liverpool or Chelsea. That sets up the possibility of another all-English final.
Manchester United beat Chelsea on penalties in last year's final in Moscow.

Quarter-finals
Villarreal v Arsenal
Manchester United v Porto
Liverpool v Chelsea
