THE Football Association has charged Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini with improper conduct after he clashed with Everton counterpart David Moyes.
Mancini tussled with Moyes during City's 0-2 loss to Everton on Wednesday night. Both managers were sent off following the touchline incident. The FA will not take any disciplinary action against Moyes.
