Norwich City and Cardiff City were yesterday charged by the Football Association over an injury-time melee during their 0-0 English Premier League draw last weekend. Players from both sides clashed after Norwich midfielder Leroy Fer rolled the ball into the Cardiff net when the visitors were expecting him to return it to them following an injury stoppage. The goal was, however, ruled out by referee Michael Jones.
