Udinese scraped a narrow 1-0 win at home to Genoa in the Italian league, and needed the help of an own goal to do so.
The home side dominated possession on Tuesday and had the better of the chances but the deadlock wasn’t broken until 11 minutes from time when Emanuele Calaio headed Antonio Di Natale’s free kick into his own net. Udinese extended its unbeaten home run in the league to 21 games.
