PARIS Saint-Germain attacking duo Ezequiel Lavezzi and Edinson Cavani have been handed an undisclosed fine by the French champion and will train on their own for one week after returning late to their club following the mid-season break. Both of them missed a training camp in Morocco, fuelling speculation they could be leaving the club during the January transfer window. PSG coach Laurent Blanc said their absence hindered his team’s ambitions for the second half of the season.
