UK police are investigating an allegation of racist abuse by a fan during the match between Sunderland and Newcastle in the Premier League.
Northumbria Police said there was a report of racist language "used by a supporter in one area of the stadium" in Sunday's match at the Stadium of Light, which ended 1-1.
Police praised the behavior of both sets of fans, despite 15 people being arrested.
