ATLETICO Madrid has signed a partnership deal with Chinese Super League side Shanghai Shenhua that aims to promote both clubs and exploit marketing opportunities. The agreement, to be officially presented simultaneously in the two cities on Wednesday, also foresees the exchange of players and clinics for coaches from both clubs.

"This important project opens up the possibility of sharing strategies and exploiting new commercial and marketing opportunities," Atletico said on its Website on Saturday.
