FRENCH side Etoile FC and China's Beijing Guo'an have joined the Singaporean S-League, organizers announced yesterday. The teams beat off competition from five other clubs from Asia, Africa and South America to enter the 12-team competition for the new season.
The French side, which is the first European team to compete in Singapore, and Beijing become the eight and ninth foreign sides to play in the Singapore league.
