MANCHESTER United cruised into the semi-finals of the FA Cup as Carlos Tevez scored twice and Wayne Rooney and Park Ji-sung were also on target in their 4-0 victory at Fulham yesterday.
United, resting Cristiano Ronaldo and Dimitar Berbatov but otherwise at full strength, withstood some early alarms before Tevez nodded them ahead after 20 minutes.
He doubled the lead in the 35th minute with a swerving shot from the edge of the box that flew past Mark Schwarzer. Rooney clipped in the third five minutes into the second half and Park completed the win nine minutes from time.
Earlier, Chelsea became the first team to reach next month's Wembley semi-finals when they beat Championship (second division) side Coventry City 2-0 away with goals by Didier Drogba and Alex.
