The Ukrainian football federation will appeal a FIFA order that the national team play its next World Cup qualifier behind closed doors. FIFA’s disciplinary committee made the decision last week after fans were accused of making monkey chants and doing Nazi salutes. The FFU was also fined 45,000 Swiss francs (US$49,800).
