United, Reds in League Cup clash

Manchester United and Liverpool have been drawn against each other in the third round of the League Cup for a match that could see the return of Luis Suarez.
The Liverpool striker, who was banned for 10 matches last season after biting Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic, will miss the English Premier League match between the two rivals on Sunday but could feature in their League Cup encounter if he stays on Merseyside. Suarez has been pushing for a move during the summer but Liverpool has said he is not for sale. Other all-Premier League matches are: Aston Villa hosting Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal at West Bromwich Albion, West Ham United taking on Cardiff City and Fulham facing Everton. Last season’s winner Swansea City starts its defense against Birmingham City.
