United draws Southampton

MANCHESTER United will face third-tier club Southampton in the FA Cup fourth round after beating Liverpool.

The repeat of the 1976 FA Cup final, which Southampton won, will be played on the south coast on the weekend of January 29-30.

Sunday's draw threw up as many as five all Premier League fixtures, with Bolton drawn at home to Wigan, Fulham up against Tottenham and Aston Villa taking on Blackburn.

Holder Chelsea will travel to Everton, while the winners of the replays between Wolverhampton and Doncaster, and Stoke and Cardiff, will also meet.

Arsenal and Leeds, who drew 1-1 on Saturday, were drawn against third-tier club Huddersfield.

Premier League struggler West Ham will be at home to Nottingham Forest, Birmingham will host Coventry in a Midlands derby and the winner of Manchester City's replay with Leicester will head to Notts County.
