Gaudio wildcard

FIVE years after winning the French Open, Gaston Gaudio received a wildcard for the 2009 championship on Friday. The 30-year-old, now ranked No. 395 after a series of injuries, won the last of his eight ATP singles titles in 2005, the highlight of which was his 2004 triumph at Roland Garros over Guillermo Coria in an all-Argentine, five-set final. The championship starts on May 24.
