Murray avoids Djokovic at World Tour Finals draw
BRITISH No. 1 Andy Murray was on Monday drawn with Roger Federer, Kei Nishikori and Milos Raonic in the World Tour Finals group stages.
The in-form Scot’s presence in Group B means he avoids defending champion Novak Djokovic, who has beaten him on the four occasions they have met this year. Djokovic, who won the Paris Masters on Sunday and is eyeing a fourth win in London, faces Stan Wawrinka, Tomas Berdych and Marin Cilic in Group A.
Djokovic is driving towards another year-ending top spot in the ATP rankings. His lead over Federer is 1,310 points with up to a possible 1,500 available to the winner in London. The finals start next Sunday.
