WORLD No. 3 Rafael Nadal crushed fellow Spaniard David Ferrer 6-2, 6-3 yesterday to reach the final of the Monte Carlo Masters.
Nadal, gunning for a record sixth consecutive title in the glitzy principality, will face compatriot Fernando Verdasco or world No. 2 Novak Djokovic of Serbia in today's final. The four-time French Open champion, who has not won a singles ATP title in 11 months, took just 75 minutes to end Ferrer's resistance.
