CCG Expo an Inside Look at Animation Worlds

THE 2013 CCG Expo, a show of cartoons, comics and games, will run through tomorrow at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center.
The annual event, which opened on Thursday, is in its ninth year, and features major animation producers from around the world.
The CCG Expo attracts such leading outfits as Disney, Animate and SNDA. The 25,000-square-meter show area offers animation photography and workshops, cosplay (costume play) shows and interactive games. Children can take pictures and play games with popular cartoon characters and learn about history and trends in animation.
One of the highlights is the CCG Expo Star Show featuring face-to-face meetings with creator of animation games, popular idol groups and professional gaming masters.
Another highlight is the Comicon Creative Market. The 8,000-square-meter exhibition zone is an ideal place for getting good bargains including artwork of working painters.
For video game lovers, this exhibition is a good chance to meet allies. The competition programs including Star Craft II, Dota II and World of Warcraft.
