BULGARI Hotels & Resorts recently announced its Shanghai hotel will open in 2015. It will be the company's fourth project following the Bulgari Hotel in Milan, the Bulgari Resort in Bali and the Bulgari Hotel in London. The luxury hotel will be located in a protected heritage zone in Zhabei District. The hotel will be on the 12 top floors of a 40-story building designed by the architecture design team Foster+Partners. The interiors have been designed for Bulgari by Antonio Citterio, Patricia Viel & Partners, which also designed the company's other properties. The hotel will have 120 rooms and suites, including the Bulgari suite of 400 square meters. It plans to offer some of the largest rooms in Shanghai as well as a unique combination of refined amenities and exclusive services.
