YAHOO'S online photo sharing service Flickr provided users with an update recently, probably the biggest since it debuted.
It now provides users with 1 terabyte - 1,024 gigabytes - online capacity to upload and share pictures, enough for all the picture requirements of most users. Users who pay for Flick Pro can use the service without advertisements.
The interface now features Pinterest-style photo-stream functionality. Pictures can be shared through social websites, like Facebook, Pinterest and Tumblr, which is now a subsidiary of Yahoo after a US$1.1 billion acquisition.
