Japanese treats
THE Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) supports the Japanese food industry to raise awareness and promote Japanese ingredients in China.
At SIAL China 2010, Gourmet Navigator has assembled 20 food companies to exhibit their wares at the Japanese Pavilion which is also sponsored by MAFF.
The pavilion will hold a number of workshops providing chances for visitors to taste, enjoy and learn about Japanese food with live demonstrations.
There will be a negotiation space where anyone who's interested in buying Japanese ingredients from exhibitors can discuss prospective business opportunities.

Samplings and tastings of Japanese ingredients
