TWENTY six Chevrolet Springos became the first electric cars for law enforcement in Shanghai last week in Jiading District.
The cars will serve the Jiading Food and Drug Administration in the form of long-term lease, at a cost of 50,000 yuan (US$8,130) annually for each, as part of the market-oriented government fleet management reform.
