Policewoman Sacked After Posting Sexy Selfies In Uniform Online
A policewoman in northeast China’s Liaoning Province lost her job after posting a few "vulgar selfies" in her official shirt top and shorts on social media.
On her Weibo, Wang Ying – an auxiliary officers with the Public Security Bureau of Dandong – uploaded a couple of her selfies. In the photos, she is not wearing any pants. Instead she is wearing a pair of hot shorts and her official blue uniform top.
The images went viral with netizens criticizing her for wearing shorts and dressing inappropriately.
One netizen wrote angrily:
You look pretty. And what you post on Weibo has nothing to do with me. BUT, I only have one request: Please don't take such kind of pictures of yourself wearing police uniform and put them online.
The Zhenxing Branch of the Public Security Bureau of Dandong confirmed at its Weibo account on May 6 that Wang Ying was one of their auxiliary officers and has been removed from post since her posting these photos.
The Dandong Police Academy where Wang Ying graduated also posted a statement on its official Weibo account:
We will learn a lesson from this incident and further strengthen students disciplinary education. Something like that which sullies the good image of the school will never occur again.
Following the incident, Wang deleted all her blogs and photos but that did not save her job.
