A4 Challenge: New Way To Prove How Slim You Are!
After belly button and coin on collarbone challenges, another fitness trend is going viral on the Chinese social media.
A regular A4 paper is 21cm in width and 29.7cm in height. If a person’s waist measures within 21cm, it can be called A4 waist.
Social media users across China are uploading photos of their waists in the width of an A4 paper.
Several famous Chinese TV stars also took the challenge and posted their A4 waist photos on their weibo accounts.

Some even wondered whether a piece of horizontal A4 paper counts or not.
Others replied to this trend as although we don’t have A4 waist, we have A4 chest, A4 leg and A4 face.
Earlier, the belly button challenge saw netizens across China uploading photos of them trying to touch their belly button by placing one arm around their back. They then use their hand to reach around the waist and touch their belly button.
After that, people tended to upload pictures of their collarbones with as many coins as possible on it to showcase their slenderness.
Now someone combines these three Internet challenges together.
So are you ready for the A4 waist challenge?
