A horrifying video of three kids being run over by a car in a parking lot in Shenzhen on September 17 has gone viral.

As the surveillance footage shows, a white car moves toward three children playing in a parking area and rolls over them.

Witness claimed the woman driver seemed to be distracted by her mobile phone when the incident occurred.

The three children were rushed to the hospital. Fortunately, they are in stable condition after receiving emergency treatment.

The case is still under investigation by police.
