Food Delivery Man Cries After Arriving Late
Program Code: 0909346170101007 Source: Miaopai
A short video widely circulating on social media recently shows a food delivery man burst into tears in an elevator after arriving late.
In the footage, the man couldn’t help but cried at the same time checking the delivery information. His great anxiety made netizens feel tremendously poignant and sympathetic.
One netizen said, "It reminded me of the courier being crashed to death while running red light in Shanghai last week. Please don't urge the delivery men as safety always goes first!"
Some others commented as following:
“I felt so sad after watching the video. I rarely order food online especially in rainy and snowy days because I don't have the heart to see those shivering delivery men."
“Last time I ordered food online but the delivery man delayed for almost half an hour. I felt so mad at the time because I couldn’t reach him via telephone. But when I happened to touch his cold hands while receiving food from him, my anger totally disappeared.”
"I ordered food online last week but when the courier arrived, the soup was spilled. The man kept apologizing for it and explained that he fell over on the way. He wanted to offer me 5 yuan to make up for the loss, but I refused and instead asked whether he's hurt. I think we should be tolerant with others."
"Remember to say thank you every time you receive your goods from the delivery men because they are doing a tough job."
One neitzen also said, "All kinds of work are valuable. Be understanding and respectful to those working in the service industry."
