A video of a man repeatedly beating a woman and putting her into the trunk of a car went viral.

The incident appeared to happen at a gas station. The man kept beating the woman while abusing her. In the end, he locked her in the trunck of a car and drove away.

Last night, police in Hebei Province released a statement on Weibo, saying they found the woman in Hebei's Cangzhou City.

She told police that the man in the video is her husband. They had an argument at the gas station and it turned violent. 

She said she didn't want to report the incident to the police.
