Man Jumps from Bridge to Imitate Olympic Divers

A video of a man diving from a bridge 25 meters above a river in Yingtan, Jiangxi Province, became a hot click online.
The 17-year-old, surnamed Yu, was said to be so inspired by the Olympic divers that he tried to imitate them; he was then seen jumping off from the Xinjiang Bridge.
As the video went viral, Yu soon became an Internet star.
However, he also paid a dear price for it. After the plunge, Yu was immediately sent to the hospital.
According to media reports, his crazy act has resulted in thoracic fractures and a lung contusion.
