Photos of Man Sending Daughter to School by Helicopter Caused Controversy
Photos of a man sending a girl to primary school by a helicopter in southwest China’s Chongqing Municipality triggered heated debate among netizens.
In the photos released on Monday, a man in black got off from a helicopter, followed by a girl carrying a backpack. Another two men in green uniform safeguard by the side.
While some netizens thought it was another showoff of a wealthy father who tried to deal with the heavy traffic, some aviation insiders thought that it might be a “black flight” without legal license.
According to Chongqing Morning Post, the act was a promotion campaign initiated by a real estate developer. The helicopter was said to have been pulled over by the roadside by a trailer the day before and had never been started.
