University Classroom Wall Topples, Class Carries On

A wall suddenly collapsed while students were still in class on the Yuexiu Campus of Jiaxing University in east China's Zhejiang Province on May 9, the City Express reported.
The wall, which separates two classrooms, toppled about 11:10am but nobody was injured in the incident, the university said in a statement on Weibo.
Videos and photos shared online showed the collapsed wall smashed desks and chairs as a teacher went on with his class as if nothing had happened.
Students told a reporter the wall was already cracked and shaking before falling.
The university said the building, which was built in the 1990s, has been sealed off for maintenance while the cause of the collapse is investigated.
The university has also called in experts to check all older buildings for safety hazards.
