Woman Driver Caught Sitting on Husband's Lap
The monitor cameras on Huyu Expressway captured stunning pictures on May 21 showing two people sitting on the driver's seat together in a truck cabin, Wuhan Evening News reported.
The woman can be seen clutching the steering wheel while sitting on a man's lap and the man was focusing on his mobile phone.
After an investigation, Xiantao police said the truck belongs to a Shanghai logistics company. The man in the photos was the truck driver, who's also the husband of the woman.
The woman was still learning driving, so her husband asked her to sit on his lap that day to teach her driving.
The woman was punished with a three-day detention for driving without a license while her husband was fined 2,000 yuan for allowing someone without a license to drive his vehicle.
