College Graduation Photos have gone Viral
College alumni have been showing a creative side at their graduation ceremonies.
Several of the nation’s universities have been taking innovative photographs to celebrate and capture the culmination of this once-in-a-lifetime achievement.
A graduate couple, from Renmin University of China, in Beijing, became an overnight Internet sensation after their ceremony. The couple went against the convention and tradition of throwing their caps up in the air. The pair, who have a one-year-old son together, threw the boy up in the air instead. The young parents caused quite a stir among the netizen community, with many were amazed by how they managed to juggle parenthood and studies at the same.
The young mother, Liao Siqi, said having a child was the best decision she has ever made and not the burden some suggested it was.
A set of graduation photos from the school of history and social management, at Dezhou University, in Shandong Province, went viral on Monday. Of the 40 strong class of students, majoring in public affairs management, there was only one male student.
And that one boy, Hu Jinhao, jokingly said he was frightened to miss a single class during his time at college. Hu said his teachers would know he was missing.
A huge crowd graduation photo was another college picture that got the social media crowd chatting. A total of 4,500 graduates from Central China Normal University, in Wuhan, capital of Hubei Province, all appear in the photo. All of the students were snapped standing on iron shelves in a circle, which has a 45 meter radius.
The photo was completed with a panoramic megapixel camera and drone camera. The developed print would stretch up to 10 meters.
