Daughter鈥檚 Words Inspire Man to Shed 48kg In A Year

A 32-year-old man in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang Province, lost 48kg in only one year following remarks about his weight from his 3-year-old daughter.

Sheng Biao, the man in question, is 180cm tall and topped the scale at 123kg before his dramatic weight lose.

Sheng resolved to slim down after his daughter told him, “If my kindergarten mates say you are fat, I won’t allow you to pick me up.”

Sheng dropped down to 75kg through a mix of walking, running and dieting.
