Sheng Biao, the man in question, is 180cm tall and topped the scale at 123kg before his dramatic weight lose.
Sheng resolved to slim down after his daughter told him, “If my kindergarten mates say you are fat, I won’t allow you to pick me up.”
Sheng dropped down to 75kg through a mix of walking, running and dieting.
