Driver Rescued Unhurt by Warm-hearted People after Car Overturns

A driver was rescued uninjured by warm-hearted people after his van was hit and overturned in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, on May 17.

The driver, surnamed Huang, was trapped in his van after it and another car collided at an intersection.

The driver of the second vehicle quickly got out and tried to pull Huang out. A young man in black also rushed to help by kicking at the windscreen.

However, Huang was trapped in the driver's cabin and unable to move. It was feared pulling too hard would injure him.

By then, more than 20 people including elderly people and women joined the rescue effort.

They righted the van which weights two tons and freed the driver in just one minute.

Huang was not injured in the accident. He said he was greatly touched, adding society is full of kind people.
