An extraordinary show of brutal strength generally sees a victor triumphant in a tug-of-war, but not in this case. A teacher, in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, revealed an alternative way to be victorious in the popular sports activity – by pulling a funny face.
The male teacher, Yu Yang, displayed a series of funny, exaggerated facial expressions to win a competition at the Luxun Academy of Fine Arts’ sports meeting on June 2. His antics have amused an army of netizens since the video was posted online.
One netizen said: "He made all of his opponents laugh and they lost their strength. What a good tactic!"
Another commented: "What a shame he didn't become a comedian," while another online viewer remarked: “The teacher deserves an Oscar award!”
