Melon-Seed Munching Driver Mashes Truck Into Guardrail

A man drove a freight truck into a guardrail on a highway in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, recently. Just before the accident, video images captured from inside the cab of the truck shows the driver steering one-handed while snacking on seeds.

The truck’s drivers, as well as passengers in the vehicle, suffered only slight injuries. No casualties were reported.

The weather was cold and rainy at the time of the crash. The truck lost control on the highway’s wet roads and slammed into the guardrail.
