We all have been through times when the examiner would insist on taking away our papers and we would be unwilling to hand in papers just for a few more minutes. The hope being we could get some crucial marks.

But if the paper was anyway taken away, what did we do? Speed up next exam or keep blaming that examiner?

Some students seem to have gone too far in a recent incident.

It happened on the evening of April 15 at a middle school class in Mengcheng, Anhui Province, anhuicaijing.com reported.

In the video, a teacher asked a student to hand in the paper. The student refused, holding the paper tightly.

The teacher then held the throat of the student with hands.

Another boy rushed to the teacher and punched him. Others soon joined them.

Moments later, the boys stopped. The teacher turned to slap the boy.

This move irritated the boys again. They jumped to defend the boy and kicked the teacher again. One boy even picked up a desk waving it towards the teacher.

Every time the boys stopped, the teacher tried to slap the boy and the boys then followed by pushing him behind. In the end the teacher was left powerless and disheveled.

The teacher slapped the boy 3 times. The girls all stood by and cheered for boys. No one came out to stop it.

The video hit the headlines inviting surprise and shock.

The headmaster admitted the incident to the press. Local officials and police are now investigating the matter.
