AN earthquake measuring 6.1 on the Richter scale jolted 128km ENE of Miyako, Japan at 10:13:54 GMT on Saturday, the US Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 39.8629 degrees north latitude and 143.425 degrees east longitude.
