A curly clue? Harington's hair at Wimbledon gives Game of Thrones fans hope for Jon Snow

BRITISH actor Kit Harington has stirred up hope in Game of Thrones fans by appearing in public on Day Four of Wimbledon still sporting the trademark hair style and beard belonging to popular and believed-dead television character Jon Snow, Sydney Morning Herald reported.

Snow was apparently killed off in the season five finale by a gang of conspirators from his own Night's Watch causing heartache among fans of the show and speculation about the true fate of the character.

Harington had previously said that while working on HBO's Game of Thrones he was under contractual obligation to never cut his hair as long as he was on the show, the report said.
