KATHY Babcock kisses her Mega Millions lottery tickets at a market on Thursday in Knoxville, Tennessee. With a record multi-state lottery jackpot up for grabs, plenty of folks are fantasizing about how to spend the money. US lottery officials say they are increasing the jackpot to US$640 million, raising what was already a world record prize. The jackpot had stood at US$540 million before the announcement. The previous record jackpot was US$390 million in 2007. A drawing for the fortune was set for late last night in Atlanta. - AP
